UltraVision has a trade mark on the name UltraVision.
UltraVision has a copyright on its Logo.
UltraVision relies on a very secure and tested encryption of its firmware which restricts reverse engineering or copying of its systems. This allows UltraVision to freely distribute its software and hardware descriptions and source to developers and suppliers alike.
UltraVision in in the process of attaining a patent on the visualization of micro calcifications.

We have been filing provisional patents on the spine project every two months since July 2022.

Footnote:  Guy Scott has over 50 patents with his previous companies and is familiar with the process and is capable of filing patents for the company at just the low filing fee costs.
