UltraVision maintains a server at its premises at 11770 US Highway 1 Suite 302 which is in a room occupied
by a programmer during the day, which is locked at night. The property is in a safe, high end area that comprises three, six story towers that are guarded 24/7 by multiple guards. It is backed up daily to a portable hard drive which is swapped out monthly to an offsite location. The system also has a redundant Raid array. The server is a Windows Server based, and runs Share Point. The system is dual sign-in compliant to meet the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice as required by the FDA. UltraVision has a Build Server and Microsoft Team foundation for content versioning system. Charles Scott and Alix Gardner have the administrative access. One “Off Site PC” in Florida that contains the FPGA code and is backed up to Carbonite ( a commercial back up specialist company) and a separate UItraVision Server every night. One “Off Site PC” in Colorado contains the UltraVision’s Windows code is backed up to the in house server every night. No data breaches are known to have occurred. The disaster recovery plans are to restore any lost data from the off site locations which in the worst case
could be one month old. No large expenditure is planned to cover our information systems.
