UltraVision Corporation has acquired and depreciated over the years sufficient furniture and computers to not have any large capital expenditures.

The equipment to build the equipment is at subcontractors who have the CNC milling machines and the Computer controlled pick and place equipment.

UltraVision Corporation does have a number (5) 3D printers costing up to $5000.

Software costs about $15,000 per year to keep abreast of the technology and this is spread across many functions of the company.

Further capital expenditures could be needed for further software.
