UltraVision Corporation does not have any warrants or options other that options to consultants and employees under the 2016 Options plan.  These are shown in red in the Capitalization chart.

WinProbe Corporation took in $100,000 in a Private Placement in 2009 that was cut short because of the sale of Cross Match Technologies providing the Scott’s with sufficient funds to continue funding the company. The Scotts have invested over $8,000,000 in UltraVision Corporation to date.
